Booking a Tour
We design and plan a personalized itinerary for you after receiving an enquiry via email and discussing your interests for your visit to the Sepik River. At that time we will provide a price quote and daily schedule.
Once you are happy with the arrangements we ask for a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your reservation. The final balance will be due 4 weeks before your journey begins.
(We require the advanced payment due to the limitations of banking, credit card transactions and currency exchange facilities within Wewak, and the need to purchase fuel and food prior to your trip.)
We organize everything you need for your trip. The only things you may want to bring in addition to your personal effects is spending money for the purchasing of artifacts and/or for extra food and drinks when on the river.
We do not include the cost of accommodation or meals during your stay in Wewak.
There is no refund offered if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of the expedition..
Authentic Sepik Tours reserves the right to cancel or revise a tour itinerary due to tribal situations, bad weather or any compromise in safety at the time before or during the expedition.
